Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lavender Grace Co! We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, so here’s everything you need to know about shipping.

1. Processing Time 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 10-20 business days to process and ship. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order weight, customs, and other factors outside of our control.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders EXCEPT for pre-order items in which you must pay the separate $5.00 shipping fee.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package by entering this number on the carrier's website. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact us.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be impacted by factors such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during transit or you believe it is lost, please contact us through the contact page on our website or via messenger on facebook within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
